Scope
The following contractual provisions apply to the use of the website, the sale and delivery of goods to private consumers, other buyers and resellers.
Persons who call up information on the Drumsome.ch website, use the services offered or otherwise use the website declare that they have understood and accept the following conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following conditions, you are not entitled to use the Drumsome.ch website and its contents in any way.

Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Drumsome assumes no liability or warranty for the accuracy, completeness, reliability and functionality of the website. Drumsome expressly reserves the right to change, delete or temporarily not publish any content in whole or in part at any time without prior notice. Liability claims against Drumsome for material or immaterial damage caused by the access, use or non-use of published information, by misuse of the connection or by technical faults are excluded. Drumsome assumes no responsibility for the content of external websites that are linked to this website via hyperlinks or otherwise.

Product Liability
Warning: We would like to point out that there is a risk of swallowing, aspirating or getting stuck in small parts. The products offered by Drumsome are not toys and are not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Privacy Policy
Data collected as part of the conclusion of the contract may be processed and used by Drumsome to fulfil its obligations under the purchase contract. Drumsome may also use this data for marketing purposes. The data required for the performance of services may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties.

Area of application
All deliveries and services are subject to the following terms and conditions and are subject of the contract between Drumsome and the customer. Deviating conditions are only binding if they are written down and accepted. The general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Drumsome reserves the right to change or adapt the terms and conditions at any time.

Offer
The offer includes the products in the current catalogue and is non-binding. Product range and price changes can be made at any time. If a product is no longer available, the customer will be informed immediately and any advance payment already made will be refunded.

Orders
Orders can be placed by e-mail, telephone, in writing, by fax or via the web shop. Shipping costs and packaging costs are not included and are estimated at sFr. 5.00 for the dispatch of letters. The dispatch of the goods takes place by A-Post without insurance. If the dispatch is desired by registered letter, this is to be indicated in writing with the order. In addition to postage, the postage for registered mail of sFr. 5.- will be charged.

Delivery Switzerland
The dispatch with orders by mail or by telephone, takes place usually with calculation within 1-5 working days. Via the webshop the payment can be processed via Paypal. If you wish an express delivery, please contact us. The customer will be informed immediately if the delivery time is delayed.

Prices / shipping / payment / delivery international
All foreign transactions are subject to Swiss civil and commercial law. The provisions of international private law are expressly excluded.
The dispatch abroad always takes place via prepayment. You are welcome to order via the webshop with Paypal or request a pro forma invoice by mail. The prices do not include Swiss VAT. Please note that the statutory VAT in the respective country is due upon receipt of the goods and has to be paid by the customer. Any customs duties or bank charges are also at the expense of the buyer. Please note that shipping to the EU/USA usually takes 2-5 days longer than domestic shipping. The costs for postage and packing are calculated individually. The insurance is the responsibility of the customer.

Right of withdrawal
An order can be revoked at any time. Excluded from the right of revocation are special productions and reduced goods. The right of withdrawal expires 2 months after receipt of the goods.

Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Drumsome until full payment has been received.

Warranty for defects and liability
Products will be replaced free of charge if the defect is reported in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. For consequential damages, loss or damage from improper handling, liability for all products is excluded.

Right of return
For unused goods a right of return exists until 2 months after purchase against a credit note. The right of return exists only for products purchased directly from Drumsome, proof of purchase must be provided. There is no right of return for custom-made products. Expenses for the return are to be borne by the sender (shipping charges, customs fees, etc.).

Place of jurisdiction
The contracts are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the home town of André Meier in Aargau.
