1. The data security of the users
The data protection provisions contain the basic principles for the processing of personal data. It also lists which data is collected by Drumsome.ch and how it is used.
Drumsome.ch complies with the applicable data protection laws and uses personal data only for the purposes for which it was transmitted.
In order to keep our data protection regulations up to date, they will be adapted, supplemented or amended. Each time you access or visit Drumsome.ch, the current version applies.
2. Collected data
During the visit of the website Drumsome.ch visitor data will be collected. This data provides us with information about which users frequently use the respective parts of the website.
This may include data regarding the browser, operating system, weblogs and other connection data used. This does not depend on whether this data is required for our or other purposes. For this reason, so-called cookies are sometimes used. The data collected by cookies do not contain any personal references and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.
Drumsome.ch does not automatically collect personal user data such as name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. An exception to this is information that the user voluntarily submits to Drumsome.ch by filling out website forms or when Drumsome.ch is otherwise contacted via the website.
Cookies are used to continuously improve the website. They are small pieces of software information that are stored by browsers (e.g. Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) on the user’s computer hard drive to facilitate the use of the website (e.g. language selection, shopping cart, etc.). These cookies are completely anonymous and contain no personal data. At no time is espionage software installed or used to access data and information stored on the computer.

4. Use of the data
The anonymous data, which is recorded by cookies when Drumsome.ch is called up, can be used for analysis purposes, to optimise the website, retargeting via Google AdWords and to measure performance. Drumsome.ch may use the following third-party providers for this purpose, some of which have their own data protection regulations over which Drumsome.ch has no influence:

Data that users transmit voluntarily as users of the website may be used by Drumsome.ch for the purpose of improving the website and providing individual support to users. This includes the sending of information, offers or notifications relating to the product range or services. The Drumsome.ch newsletter will only be sent if the user so wishes (opt-in procedure).
5. Social media content
Drumsome.ch can use social media plugins on its website, e.g. from Facebook, Google+ or Twitter. The platforms have their own data protection regulations, over which Drumsome.ch has no influence.
If the user does not want these plugins to be loaded, we recommend that they log out of any social media accounts.
Furthermore, browsers can be supplemented by a social media blocker, which prevents the loading of these plugins.
6. Passing on data
When passing on data to third parties, an exception will only be made if this has been permitted by the user or if Drumsome.ch is obliged to do so by law, authority or court. A further exception are service providers who support Drumsome.ch in data processing, the administration of the website or in any other way as well as in the provision of the products and services requested by the user. These third parties are obliged to maintain the same level of security and data protection as Drumsome.ch.
7. Data security
Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the Internet cannot be guaranteed one hundred percent.
Drumsome.ch endeavours to cooperate with service providers and Internet providers who take both technical and organisational security precautions and keep them up to date in order to protect the user’s data.
However, Drumsome.ch cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted by the user. Data transmission is therefore at the user’s own risk.
8. Information and revocation rights
Every user is free to inform us that personal data should no longer be used to contact us. The registration for our Drumsome newsletter can also be cancelled at any time via the “unsubscribe” button attached to the e-mail.
Furthermore, it is possible to obtain information about data processing or to request a copy of the personal data collected by Drumsome.ch.

9. Final provisions
Should individual provisions or parts of these data protection provisions prove to be void or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining data protection provisions.
The place of jurisdiction and the applicable law shall be governed by the GTC.
